Pick up
Airport service – Pick-up and drop-off at Keflavík Airport (KEF) are included in the rental price. For pick-ups or drop-offs between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, a fee of 20 EUR applies.
Meeting point – Follow the signs to “Departures” and “Meeting Point”. The Meeting Point is a seating area marked with a clearly visible “Meeting Point” sign, located in the departures area of the airport, just a short walk from the arrivals hall. The person picking you up will be holding a white sign with our logo and your name.
In case of delays – In case of a delay, please inform us by phone as soon as possible: +354 773 6339 (EN, DE, NO) or +354 770 2234 (PL, EN)
Without prior notification of a delay, a waiting fee of 100 EUR per hour will apply. The vehicle will be reserved for up to 2 hours after the agreed pick-up time. After that, availability can no longer be guaranteed.
Payment – If the “Payment upon arrival” option was selected during booking, payment will be made at pick-up in ISK (unless otherwise agreed in advance), either in cash or by card.
Upgrades – Additional insurance can be added at pick-up.

Return
Directions – Drive towards Departures. The P1 parking area is located on the left side.
Meeting point – Use the entrance to P1, no payment is required. We will meet you there for the vehicle return and inspection.

If the vehicle is returned late without prior notice, a fee of 100 EUR per hour will be charged for up to 2 hours. After that, an additional daily rental rate will apply. For each further day of delay, another daily rental fee will be charged.
